About The Opportunity

They are now looking for a Client Support Team Leader to join their company in Fitzroy, VIC, with the potential to earn a Negotiable Salary Based on Your Experience + Superannuation. 

The primary purpose of this position is to lead a passionate team of Client Support Associates and Analysts.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Ability to explain complex situations and issues clearly
  • Work as part of your team to scale processes and solve tickets for both internal and external clients
  • Coach, develop and manage your team 
About You 
  • Proven team leader experience where you have built or led a highly engaged team
  • Proven customer service and SaaS experience 
  • A deep interest in support in a SaaS startup environment
  • Will be able to adapt to a changing environment 
  • A tech savvy with the ability to work under pressure 
  • Understand CSAT, customer effort, handle times engineering experience and tickets
