Rentokil Initial has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Consultant to join our team based in Kirrawee on a full time basis. This role reports directly to the Customer Service Team Leader and will see you utilise your previous experience in making outgoing calls to our existing clients to promote our products and services, build long-term customer relationships and work with technicians on scheduling.
The core responsibilities in this role include:
- Contact existing client database to secure jobs and promote our products and services converting incoming job enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Liaising with technicians to assist in their day to day scheduling
- Processing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving client issues
- Supporting the Customer Services and Operations Team to achieve targets and deliverables
We would like you to have the following experience:
- Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is considered as an asset.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota in general or preferably over the phone.
- The ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.
- Pest Control Knowledge (Preferred).
- Ability to work on their own and liase with all potential clients
- Able to meet targets and prioritise workloads.
- Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for developing new business and a positive attitude.
