Telstra Business Centre Bayside (located in Mentone) is seeking a self-motivated, positive, high energy outbound telesales professional with a desire to earn great commission and work within a growing outbound sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Working as part of a busy and great team environment, your main role will be:
- Calling existing Telstra business customers and seeking opportunities to cross or upsell business products and services;
- Achieving monthly targets;
- Providing exceptional customer service, follow up and strengthening existing relationships; and
- Maximising cross sell, upsell and solution selling opportunities.
The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
- Proven success in a sales or appointment setting role, ideally Telstra Business (but not essential);
- Understand how to engage in a business to business conversation as well as with individuals;
- Professional telephone manner;
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Highly proficient using MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Self-motivated, driven and motivated to sell and assist our customers;
- Possess an eye for detail and follow up; and
- Strong work ethic and appreciation of the Telstra brand.
