About the role


The position available is a National Administration Officer for a 12 month maternity cover , in the National Administration Centre based in Dingley (onsite parking available).

In this role will see you handling a large volume of inbound calls and emails, resolving queries, making outbound calls, accurately entering details on to the database and responding to queries via emails. Your main focus will be to promptly provide a high level of customer service and see each query through to completion.

What you need to have


  • Be able to work in Dingley (SE Melbourne Suburbs)
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be professional, with a flexible, pro active can do approach and the ability to take ownership
  • Work well under pressure, be resourceful, flexible and have good problem solving skills
  • Have good multi tasking skills
  • Have strong customer service skills
  • Possess accurate and timely data entry skills
  • Have a high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a strong team player
  • Possess strong problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Suite packages (Excel and Outlook)
  • Have previous Call Centre experience, or be able to demonstrate the above skills
  • Experience in Pronto/ Field One will be highly regarded
