Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end to end process of incoming orders
2. Assist to maintain adequate stock levels
3. Assist the Customer Service Manager where required
4. Provide a high level of service to all clients
5. General administration support as required
Duties:
• Process incoming orders from internet, fax, mail, phone and office
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure stock is dispatched asap
• Pick correct stock to fulfill orders when necessary
• Contact clients to arrange delivery of stock
• Contact DVA provider (e.g. physio) to verify order details
• Answer and action calls promptly (ideally within 3 rings)
• Good knowledge of, and ability to speak competently of the product range
• Promptly follow up all outstanding work
• File all processed orders in to correct folders
• Collect market intelligence and present to Managing Director
• Support members of the team to achieve best outcome for business
• Continually work with speed and efficiency

Good communication skills. Attention to detail. Methodical approach to all tasks. Ability to do routine work when necessary to ensure the office runs smoothly. Ability to set priorities and work under pressure.
