About the role
We are looking for the next team member to join this professional, supportive and customer orientated team of a booming Government organisation. This is your opportunity to be part of a major transformation change in Government service delivery. You will be working in a high volume, inbound customer service team on an ongoing full-time contract basis. The company culture is fun, hard working, team focused and motivated by individual growth and development.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a quality customer experience which is easy, convenient and secure as possible.
- Undertaking basic administrative work to support the provision of service delivery as required
- Acknowledging, resolving and recording customer complaints and escalating any unresolved issues.
- Ensuring compliance and consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures and legislation.
- Demonstrating a willingness and aptitude to be observed, coached and mentored
Your profile will demonstrate:
- Proven customer service experience, face to face either in retail, hospitality or office environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work well both individually, and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a 5 day rotating roster Monday to Friday, from 7am to 7pm (compulsory)
