About Our Client
Our client is an emerging Australian technology company selling a cutting-edge security camera solutions to the construction, civil engineering & mining sectors. Recently publicly listed, our client has the acquired capital to exponentially grow their business over the next five years.

Job Description
Reporting to the State Manager, The Inbound Sales Administrator will respond to all incoming leads, whilst identifying business opportunities by developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers. The role will interface directly with the outside sales function to ensure a smooth lead management and pipeline velocity. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Support and co-ordination of sales activities for NSW region
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting
  • Responding promptly to inbound telephone sales inquiries to convert to orders
  • Preparing quotations and simple sales proposals
  • Coordinating the installation team and managing installation diary
  • Stock ordering recording and control of local inventory
  • Supporting external sales team to win business and ensure a good after sales experience for customers
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM
  • Supporting local marketing activities / campaigns / exhibitions
  • Knowledge within the cctv / security solutions environment - desirable but not essential 

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Candidate would be a self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative with a “can do” attitude.
And would have:
    • An open positive manner, good communication skills
    • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
    • Previous customer phone experience i.e. Inbound Call Centre Sales
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Jira preferable ( Jira not essential )
    • Flexibility to take on additional tasks as required to support the growth of the NSW business
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills
    • Desire to be part of a growing team
    • Flexibility to work in a fast paced, evolving environment
    • Responsible for maintaining Sydney's location OH&S policies
