The Cash Converters Personal Finance team aim to become Australia's most trusted personal finance company and deliver on our "customer first" focus.  

The role:

The Contact Centre Operator role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our customers by:

  • Responding to questions relating to loan application process, loan assessment status and other general inquiries
  • Actioning any required 'follow up' calls to our customers for any further information or documentation requirements for their loan application
  • Uploading of documents via email pertaining to loan applications

The person: 

  • Contact Centre experience required
  • Results driven individuals who are passionate about the customer experience
  • Agile, committed and adaptable to the changing needs of the business
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Good computer skills, accurate data entry and high level of attention to detail. 
  • Flexibility in your availability to fill a shift during a 7am to 7pm roster period
