This role is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known Australian business who is one of the market leaders in there sector. This role sits within busy customer service team which is key to the day to day running of their site. Located in Camellia this is a rare opportunity for the right candidate to use their skills in a brilliant autonomous role.
Your responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Receive and process orders with high accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Processing telephone orders
- Prepare quotations for clients
- Managing supply to customers
- General Adhoc duties where requested
The Ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience in a dispatch role
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Friendly and team oriented nature
- Ability to multitask
- High attention to detail
