The Company
Well known global brand based in the lower north shore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their busy team on a temporary basis to commence immediately.
The Position
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Data entry including updating customer account information
- Handle all customer enquiries received via phone, fax and email
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up on urgent orders
- Other administration duties as required
The Candidate
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service/Call Centre experience
- Intermediate MS Word & MS Excel skills
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Vibrant & positive attitude
- Quick learner and ability to pick up processes quickly
- Pro-active, professional and can-do attitude towards work
- Superior multi-tasking and organisation skills
