Your new company
Our client is a market leader in Financial Services and they are currently seeking Settlement Officers. Rated the best customer service of the Big 4, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing, growing team in a role that will provide support to bankers

Your new role
This role will involve supporting line Managers to ensure that future goals are achieved, processing documents, verifying systems are set up correctly before contracts have been lodged and settled. Processing loan documents for settlement and payment to suppliers. This will be a high volume role, accurately updating details and escalating complex issues where necessary

What you'll need to succeed
We are ideally looking for candidates who have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as professionalism
• Experience working as a Settlement Officer or Working in a contact centre is preferred but not essential (ideally with a banking, finance or investments background)
• Extensive Organisational skills
