Do you stand out from the crowd with your Professionalism, appearance and work ethic...if so, Rubicor Workforce are currently seeking applications from Dynamic Customer Service Consultants for ongoing positions with our client, a leading Telecommunications company located in the CBD.
 
You will be handling inbound customers calls from existing clients and providing an exceptional customer service to them, solving their problem and enquiries to a high standard. The calls are purely inbound so NO sales involved.
 
The position offers a full time hour days on a rotating roster between the hours of 6.30am-6.30pm, Monday- Friday with lunch, morning and afternoon tea breaks. Optional overtime is offered during peak times. Rotating roster will only start after training is complete.
 
The client is located in the centre of CBD and the working facilities are second to none with a superb cafe located on the ground floor.
 
There is an excellent training and development program to get you started in the role which, combined with the friendly, dynamic and supportive team and management, will help you attain excellence within the role.
 
To be considered for the position you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
  • Commitment to staying in the role long-term
  • Confident, professional and well presented with exceptional people skills
  • Call centre experience is desirable but not essential
  • A solid understanding of what customer service is
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive worker who enjoys being part of a fast paced environment and is used to multi-tasking
  • Good computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Fast and accurate Data Entry skills
  • Friendly and enthusiastic person who thrives on helping others
  • Ability to remain calm, friendly and helpful under pressure or when faced with difficult problem-solving
  • Outstanding Work Ethic - excellent attendance and Professionalism is most important to this client
