Your new role
The purpose of this job is to build and maintain positive relationships with mortgage and personal lending customers and to deliver a service that adds value to each and every customer.

Day-to-day you’ll:

  • Interact with mortgage and personal loan customers, striving towards quality, not quantity, and working as a team to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
  • Discuss home loan rates, interest only transition, re-finance options, handle off-set account queries, through to general enquiries and updating of personal details etc.
  • Create a market leading experience by building rapport and go over and above to resolve their query
  • Add value by ensuring the customer is across the financial products and services that are available to them and that they can fully utilise the banks online services
  • Resolve customer situations in a professional and genuine way, and ensure administrative tasks relating to the requests are actioned in a timely fashion with high attention to detail


What you'll need to succeed

  • Customer Service experience from any industry, whether that’s hospitality, retail or contact centres, we are open to the experience you come with as this is an entry level role and full training is provide
  • Quality communication and rapport building skills


What you'll get in return

  • $53,155 plus super and 10% bonus (plus any shift loadings)
  • 8am-11pm 7 days a week (7.5 hours a day - 38 hours total for the week).
  • Shift loadings provided on top of base of 20% shift loadings for the evening shifts & even more at weekends!).
  • 4 weeks full time training 9-5 on products, a mix of buddying and classroom training.
