Based in the CBD and reporting to the Operations Manager you will lead a team of analysts responsible for monitoring and processing both domestic and international Corporate Actions events including Dividends, DRP's, Floats, Rights issues, Takeovers, Share Purchase Plans, Bonus issues and buy backs.   This team covers this function for several different products.

To be successful in your application you will need to have previous experience working for a Custodian, Funds Management or Stockbroking firm within an equity operations team, with a strong preference for Corporate Actions knowledge and experience.  This is a small and dynamic team so being able to work well in a team and taking a proactive approach to your work is essential.
