We are currently seeking to employ a full-time Retention Manager who can assist in making a significant contribution in the area of Finance and Insurance within our dealership. The successful applicant will operationally report and work closely with the Group Business & Retention Manager. 

In this role your duties will include but are not limited to: 

• Managing the administrative requirements of the Retention Department to facilitate the achievement of budget targets and the retention of finance income for the dealership. 
• Maximise finance/insurance penetration of customers who have maturing finance, full circle contracts, payouts, insurance, & external brokerage with the Dealership. 
• Assist Sales Consultants and vehicle sales by offering flexible re-finance arrangements to customers. 
• Developing rapport and long-term relationships with customers to help secure repeat business for the Company. 
• Oversee all financial retention transactions are completed, and that all monies owed to the Company are collected in an efficient and timely manner. 
• Proactively offering and marketing to customers the various Finance and Insurance options available for vehicle purchases. 
• Preparing finance submissions to lending authorities for approval. 

To be successful, you will have proven experience in a role of similar scope, with comprehensive knowledge of Finance & Insurance accompanied by superior selling skills. Applicants with Cert IV in Financial Services will be viewed favourably. You will be highly organised and willing to learn, well presented and motivated, show commitment to the role and brand, as well as have the ability to work calmly in a busy environment. 

To be considered for this position, you need to be willing to complete and demonstrate: 

• A National Police Check with a clear record. 
• A Personal Credit Check with a clear record.
