Our Client is a leading provider of wholesale services to institutional & government clients having established itself as one of the leading Structured Finance/Securitisation banks in ANZ. As a result of movement & promotion, the team are looking to hire an ambitious & motivated leader to contribute further development of the business with new acquisition, driving completion of conventional & complex structured finance transactions and portfolio management under the supervision of the Director.
To be considered for this opportunity, the following experience & skills will need to be demonstrated:
- 5-10years recent experience working with clients that have a preference towards financing through securitisation and/or structured finance markets (Asset Backed Securities) in Australia
- Strong Technical knowledge in deal orgination & transaction management
- Proven financial modelling & complex credit analysis skills
- Ability to work independently under tight timeframes and other constraints
- Proactively engage with credit & clients in driving transaction settlement outcomes
- Possess strong engagement, influencing & presentation skills
- Must be tertiary qualified in a finance, mathematical or accounting discipline
