Here’s where you come in…

The Portfolio Management System (PMS) is the core system used by AustralianSuper’s Investment teams to manage the Fund’s Investment in Options, Asset Classes and portfolios.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the investment process by ensuring appropriate processes are in place to capture and maintain a comprehensive set of investment data in order to produce a complete, accurate and timely Investment Book of Record (IBOR).

Reporting to the Manager Portfolio Management Support, you will be a critical member of the team that will work to initiate the automated PMS reconciliation processes.

You will be the stakeholder’s first point of contact to investigate, resolve and report on discrepancies which need to be remediated from the reconciliation processes.

You’ll need…

Solid understanding of investment industry processes and instruments.

You will have worked in similar roles previously and understand inter funding structures, and variances between the Investment Book and Accounting Book of records. This will require a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage workload to meet deadlines and expectations.

The role will require you to have proven stakeholder management skills and will confidently work with portfolio managers and the likes to achieve their needs. Working in a team environment, you will enjoy working with and supporting others, whilst still being able to work autonomously and drive your own work outcomes.

Prior experience with Aladdin is preferred but not essential.

If you would like the opportunity to work in a challenging, growing and rapidly evolving environment to deliver outstanding results that benefit members, please apply now! Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
