About the role

The purpose of the Sales & Account Management Support role is to provide support to the Manager, Sales, and to the business to ensure that the capability program, systems and processes are driving an uplift in skills across the Workplace Super team.

Key duties and responsibilities

- Ownership of the Workplace Super Playbook, in particular capability content and including updates and driving improvement of content across all stakeholders

- Salesforce ‘super user’ and reporting admin and maintenance of user guide/training material

- Manage the Sales and Account Management processes to ensure plans are in place and updated for the Top 200 employers and all pursuit targets

- Collate and publish Connect eNews and manage the agenda for the face to face Connect monthly sessions

- Oversee the agenda and organisation of the Account Manager All-in monthly meetings

- Experience of working in a matrixed environment
