An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join a multiple brand business on a Maternity Leave Contract (38 hours pw) to begin with. With the growth of the business excelling, we believe that this role has the high potential to continue after the maternity leave contract ends.  This person will have the ability of providing Finance Support and Executive Assistant Support to the Directors. 

Key Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to; 

• Finance Support to our CFO
• Strong knowledge of MYOB
• Ability to run payroll
• AR/AP experience
• Assistance in End of Month Board Reporting
• Adhoc HR requirements and tasks
• Executive Support to Directors
• Minute Meetings
• Diary Management
• Scheduling meetings and preparing for meetings on behalf of the directors

The successful applicant will have the ability to;

• Work closely with the Directors
• Have superior communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organisational skills
• Intermediate MYOB skills
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Office Management
• Able to perform under pressure
• Sustain professionalism and confidentiality always
• Able to commit to a 9 to 12-month contract
