My clients are looking for the best Home Loan Specialists, Lending Managers, Mortgage Specialists & Mobile Lenders in the market to join their teams.

Experience and strong understanding of mortgage market is a must.
Roles
1) Home lending specialist- branch based- choose from Haymarket, North Ryde, Warringah & North Sydney- Salary 80-100k package + bonus
2) Mobile Lender- Major bank- must have a settled at least $50 million of home loans in last year, have an established and strong referral network. Salary 90-120k + Super + Bonus.
3) Mobile Relationship Manager- smaller local bank- must have settled at least $30 million of home loans in last year, have and established and strong referral network. Salary-90-130k package + discretionary bonus
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- A referral network with strong partnerships.
- Proven lending experience and passion for sales delivery
- Understanding of the local market demographic, business/ industries and the local markets financial need and opportunities.
- Knowledge of product solutions to identify most appropriate solution to meet customers' needs.
- Sales experience, including pipeline management, opportunity management (ability to present solutions to the customer and gain commitment) and proactive customer contact
- Business and financial acumen are considered an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation and networking skills
- Strong customer focus
- PC proficiency
