This business, a well-regarded and highly specialised financial services firm based in Sydney and Melbourne has had tremendous recent success. They service individual investors, predominantly medical professionals with a broad range of financial services including Taxation, Accounting, Private Wealth, Finance, SMSF and Insurance. With an already established team of experienced and dedicated advisers and operational managers they are now looking to expand that talent and broaden their capabilities so that they can continue to provide and exception service offering to their clients. The need therefore is for an experienced Intermediate Accountant to join the team and embark on the journey.
The role is highly varied, exciting and challenging and what makes it different is that you will be working closely with the Directors and assisting to continue to build a business. This is an environment where you will be able to provide real value to a client. The role is responsible for maintaining client relationships and facilitation of the overarching relationships to ensure clients receive advice and service that is comprehensive, timely and of the highest quality. Working closely with the executive and operational teams, you will aspire to have a client engagement model in place for every client. There is an enormous amount of opportunity for an accountant who has some solid experience and who prefers to work more on the client side and less so behind the scenes.
We are looking for a person who is passionate and a real 'doer'. You will have exceptional commercial acumen, an outgoing and engaging persona and be solutions based in your approach. You will have an excellent understanding of Taxation, previous experience with XERO and be passionate about client interaction. This is a fast growing, dynamic business with all the tools, operational and technical support in place to assist you and your clients. There is therefore, a broad APL, a number of platforms and access to some of the best global research. This role is all about relationship management and client engagement within an environment with an excellent culture and ethos.
