We are looking for a Banknote and FX  Dealer to help provide the perfect balance of dealing and inventory support to both external and internal customers. We are looking for a person who can find the perfect balance between product availability.

Your Part of the deal

• Management of banknotes supply chain, meeting stock and inventory needs, stock limits and profit margins
• Monitor pricing with all counterparties to ensure best pricing and to maximise revenue in line with negotiated terms
• Work with Inventory Planning to anticipate demand and place appropriate orders with the external Banknote Market to support Customer and Network demand
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all deal confirmations
• Accurate rate setting in line with agreed contractual terms
• Maximise value from existing accounts and acquire new accounts
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and pass them on to the BD team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant rules & regulations
• Consolidation of customer orders on same lane to minimise distribution costs
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting, particularly to external bodies
• To manage FX exposure within set guidelines to minimise risk to the business
• Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders the business e.g. Banknote Wholesalers, Commercial and Central Bank, Vault Operations, external logistics partners, finance, IT, Travelex Retail, Compliance and Risk

About You

• Have a strong understanding of FX dealing and strong commercial focus
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Sound understanding of financial and commercial aspects of banknotes business
• Excellent numeric skills and accuracy
• Business Development capability
• Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills, experience with Reuters or other trading platforms advantageous
• AFMA Dealers license and Tier 2 accreditation
