Our Client is an Australian company with a solid track record and enviable reputation in capital market. The business covers Funds Management, Securitization and Real Estate Investment in Australia.
As a result of expansion and new market focus, they are seeking a senior manager for debt capital market to join their team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develoment and manage Mortgage Funds.
• Managing Fund Raising
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation for Debt Capital Market (DCM) transactions;
• Reviewing term sheets, engagement letters and other associated documentation;
• Managing securitisation trusts that comprise warehouse facilities and RMBS and CMBS structures;
• Monitoring collateral performance & covenant compliance of facilities as well as overseeing cash management of all trusts' surplus liquidity;
• Managing funding lines to ensure sufficient liquidity, ensuring cash flow distributions are accurate & on time;
• Reporting to investors, banks, ratings agencies, trustees & internal parties on positions of trusts, collateral statistics & funding requirements/strategies;
• Involved in supporting corporate M&A and equity capital markets transactions;
To be successful in this role you will have 5 plus years experience working in debt capital markets, Securitisation,mortgage trust management and a working knowledge of legal documentation pertaining to trust & financing facilities. Finance or related tertiary degree.
