Leading global broker is looking for a person with Settlements / Corporate Actions experience to join their team based in Sydney CBD.
The role could be suitable for both a person who is a Junior through to a person returning from maternity leave.
You will be responsible for the CHESS movements, settlement of equity market transactions, corporate actions and international equity enquires.
Working in a team based environment you will be required to convert and manage CHESS settlement obligations for retail clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the stockbroking industry and broaden your horizons to other financial products like Futures and Foreign Exchange. Its a collabrative and supportive workplace that has a global and reputable presence in the market.
In return, we expect you to possess the following skills and experience;
- Prior stockbroking industry experience with equity processing.
- Knowledge of CHESS, Settlements, Options and Corporate Actions
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Has an eye for detail and fast learner
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Can work to deadlines
- RG 146 Certification (desirable)
