Inbound Contact Centre Job with one of the Big 4 Banks on rotating roster with penalty rates in North Sydney

Your new role
As an inbound customer service representative you will be providing excellent customer service to retail customers and assisting with credit card and general banking enquiries. You will be receiving a high volume of calls, identifying and responding to queries, accurately updating contact details and escalating complex enquiries where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience in a customer service role and understand how to effectively manage a busy workload and keep to a schedule. Characteristics you will possess include strong attention to detail, great communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.


What you'll get in return
The role is an ongoing temporary contract located in North Sydney with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be working 38 hours each week on a rotating roster; Monday to Friday between 7 am and 10pm - completing 7.5 hrs/day. Your hourly rate will be $29.10 + superannuation and will be rewarded with penalty rates where they apply.
