Join this Big 4 Bank and be part of a large, complex, multi-phase transformation program relating to Regulatory Reform.
This is an urgent role working on a $130M+ program with multiple, complex streams.
The Role:
Working closely with the Program Director and managing 3 Program professionals you will be responsible for program oversight, managing reporting and schedules, governance, quality and risk management, overseeing partners and vendors, financial management, resource management and managing the workload of the PMO.
You will also work to ensure effective integration of Agile and Waterfall delivery streams across the Program.
The Candidate:
You will have significant experience in leadership roles on large to major programs of at least $20M. Previous experience working within Financial Services is also required.
Other key requirements include:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in communication with program stakeholders and management of stakeholder expectations
- Demonstrated ability to understand the differing business practices that exist within a large organisation
- Integration of Agile and Waterfall delivery methods
- P3O / PMI Accreditation desirable
