About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with and support a Broker business and be responsible for all aspects of loan processing. This includes entry of loan applications, file management and follow-ups and lender-business liaison and relationship management.

Ideally you will have lending experience as a Loan Processor/Client Service Manager and be passionate about helping clients get finance for their dream home, first home or investment property and be prepared to deliver exceptional customer service.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working with a small team to quality review and submit loan applications
  • Ownership of the individual and team targets
  • Being a customer experience advocate - we go out of our way to help
  • Team support and a willingness to teach and learn with each other
  • Loan file management and follow through to settlement
  • Client, broker, solicitors and lender party relationship management
  • Diligently maintaining business systems and reporting

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as a loan processor or currently in a mortgage finance related field
  • A high level of professionalism at all times
  • Adaptability to new challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling the candidate to deal effectively with the business partners, broker team and clients
  • Being an apply online champion and experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure and volume, dynamic team environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong data entry skills are essential and the ability to learn quickly
  • Highly organised & proficient at multi-tasking
  • Likes to work in a large busy office.

  • Experience in Marketing
  • An excellent knowledge and understanding or Microsoft office, especially word and excel.
