The role
Responsible for personal lending, insurance, new accounts sales targets and pipelines, owning the customer relationship and experience by delivering exceptional service to our new and existing members.

 
Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and referral targets
• Respond to customer enquiries within service level agreements and quality standards
• Evaluate loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness
• Improve loan applications and documentation by informing applicant of additional requirements
• Approve loans by issuing checks or forwarding applications to loan committee
• Complete loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant; obtaining signatures and notarisations; collecting and validating fees
• Maintain customer confidence by keeping loan information confidential
• Ensure knowledge is up-to-date in the end to end loans process including collections processes

 
About you

• Know the features and benefits of bank products and services with expertise in unsecured and mortgage lending and consumer credit insurance
• Understand the end to end loans process including securities and collections processes
• Understand the risk elements of lending
