The role:
As an ABM1, you will be part of an existing high performing team (consisting of SIX staff) and will manage a growing portfolio of pre-farm gate and post-farm gate customers Predominantly in the Northern Beef Industry. With total footings of $150m, this diverse portfolio will give you the perfect opportunity to step up and challenge yourself.
With the ability to promote financial products within the agricultural industry, you will:
- Directly manage a complex portfolio of key clients and influencer's
- Implement and monitor strategic business plans
- Ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses
- Utilise your networks within pre-farmgate and post-farmgate local markets
- Prepare and submit business lending proposals
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
- Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service
Ideally tertiary qualified with an agriculture or business-related discipline, your experience as a Commercial or Agribusiness Manager with a comprehensive understanding of business/commercial and farm management practices will ensure your success in managing and growing this active portfolio of agribusiness clients.
