About the Role
Reporting to the Area Practice Manager you will be responsible to execute the wealth strategy as agreed by local and partner connection in order to maximize the sales of tailored financial solutions to grow and protect customers wealth, acquire new customers, and grow and retain existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Undertake quality consultative conversations with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic holistic advice
- Grow new client acquisition utilizing bank referral networks
- Assist clients with often complex decisions around the best way to protect and grow their wealth, structure their investments and balance competing business or wealth demands.
- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to build long term relationships with referral partners and clients.
Skills & Experience
- Grad Dip of Financial Planning or Relevant Bachelor Degree
- Previous experience with SMSF
- Accreditation in Gearing, SMSF, Aged Care and Social security will be advantageous
- Proven track record as a financial planner
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to present and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Driven and motivated to achieve individual and business goals
