We currently have a new opportunity as a Client Relationship Officer opportunity within our operations team, based in Sydney CBD.
This role is responsible for supporting the Client Relationship Manager in delivering an outstanding level of service, ensuring that we proactively maximising their access to cash flow. The CRO protects Scottish Pacific’s exposure by ensuring the validity of the invoices purchased and gathering information to ensure that compliance requirements are met on an ongoing basis.
Core Responsibilities
- Providing the highest level of customer service to our clients
- Undertaking credit assessments on our client’s customers
- Building strong relationships
- Daily funding for our clients
- Accurately and efficiently maintaining a portfolio of client sales ledgers
- Ensuring monthly reporting requirements are maintained
You will have
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to problem solve and show initiative
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Love to work as part of a team
- Worked in Cutomer Service
- Have the ability to work within a fun and challenging environment
