Leading Australia bank who have a passion for providing award winning financial service products to the Australian public are now looking to grow and expand their already successful business in the CBD & suburbs. They are now searching for high calibre mobile mortgage lenders with a passion for superior customer service to join their team.
Reporting directly to the team leader you will be tasked with growing your lending book through your own solid network and provided qualified leads. As the successful applicant you will be tasked with the following..........
- Proven track record of achieving high sales targets
- Strong networks and connections are essential
- Ability to provide advice on a number of mortgage related products.
- Analysis of P&L and balance sheets.
- Ability to cross sell all banking products, including credit cards, deposits and general insurance.
- Provide quality leads and referrals for the financial
planners and business banking colleagues. - Provide an exceptional customer experience.
As the ideal applicant you will have a proven track record in mortgage lending with a minimum of 3 – 5 years experience. In addition you will be degree qualified or hold a tertiary qualification in business related discipline. Superior communication skills are a must along with exceptional negotiating skills.
