About the business and the role

Our client is currently looking for a driven Compliance individual to assist with the future development of the regulatory compliance landscape of the business. This position reports directly to the Head of Compliance.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Compliance advisory
Interact with regulators on compliance matters
Control Room monitoring
Develop, build & alter Compliance frameworks appropriately
Lead compliance training for relevant business units

Skills and experience

4+ years Financial Services experience.
Strong stakeholder relationship management
Solid understanding of relevant compliance policies and regulations.
Ability to deal with regulators.
Team player
Tertiary Education
