Staff Solutions Australia is currently looking for an experienced Mandarin Speaking FX Manager for our client who is a financial services company in Melbourne, specialized in providing FX solutions and risk management for its clients in Australia and internationally. With a defined expertise in the area of FX, you will be managing the day to day activities of the FX trading business and helping to build customer activities and generating new clients' opportunities.  

Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership for all aspects of day-to-day FX operations from execution to settlement
• Providing Foreign exchange expertise to internal, cross functional teams who consume FX rates for various applications
• Providing foreign exchange expertise and intelligence to evaluate and implement best pricing and execution strategies
• Collaborating with the team to analyze FX performance
• Working as liaison on FX issues with various businesses
• Actively managing and maintaining existing client's expectation and relationship
• Providing distribution of marketing information to clients
• Maintaining & updating clients' portfolio via the CRS systems
• Working closely with other function teams to identify and respond to the customer expectations
• Transacting FX trades with both sophisticated and less knowledgeable customers

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English both verbal and written 
• Ideal if you are currently dealing with FX in financial environment (bank, foreign currency exchange, money transfer etc)
• At least 2 years FX sales/trading experience 
• Experience thriving in KPI driven environment
• Strong FX market knowledge 
• Advanced CRM or database management skills
• Fantastic interpersonal and presentation skills “can do” attitude to all business level 
• Basic financial services knowledge
