The role itself

• Engage with key stakeholders, including system architects and software developers, BI analysts
• Act as the SME for the client, in particular with analysis of data
• Data management, including; database merging, extraction, cleaning, checking and visualisation
• Provide insights and advice from a commercial perspective to internal/external stakeholders
• Problem solve through new/innovation and creative analytical approaches

 Your background

• Advanced in SQL and SAS, with exposure to R and Python
• Data analysis experience in a commercial environment
• Strong data modelling and data management
• Ability to translate messy data and offer recommendations/advice in layman’s terms
• Data Science, Computer Science, or Software Engineering qualification
• Experience within financial services
