The Business

My client is a leading ASX business based in the Sydney CBD

The Role

• Support the end to end product management for specific product portfolios across the business.
• P&L Management responsibilities.
• Develop product strategies exploring multiple opportunities, with the opportunity to make key decisions across the portfolio.
• Enabling the voice of customer through using customer insights and analytics to drive product change and innovation.
• Focus on simplification and exploring opportunities for process improvement working in conjunction with risk teams, to explore the best opportunities for this.
• Build strong relationships across to leverage opportunities for innovation and process improvement
• Ability to problem solve, think outside the box and drive change.

The Candidate

• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and communicate across the business
• Leverage analytics and insights to create customer centric innovative solutions
• Ability to make commercial decisions using qualitative and quantitative data points
• High attention to detail, with an ability to spot opportunities for growth and change.
• Grow relationships and influence the decisions of the business.
• Ability to understand in detail the way systems are designed and interact.
• Strong understanding of product management, governance and risk.
• Experience with designing and improving processes.
• Ability to work across multiple responsibilities and manage tight time frames.
