Highly reputable Financial Planning firm in Brisbane CBD are seeking to appoint a Client Service Officer / Financial Planning Assistant. In this amazing opportunity, you will be working in a team of Client support professionals supporting very high performing Financial Advisor's delivering distinctive value to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

The key requirements :

• Assisting advisers with client relationship management
• Maintaining the integrity of the client database
• Preparing quotes, implement advice documentation
• Providing technical administrative support to advisers, associate advisors and the broader wealth team
• Contributing to continuous process improvement
• Liaising with product providers and other third parties
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documents
• Assist with the identification of new client opportunities

 
The ideal:

• Diploma of Financial Planning as a minimum
• Experience as a CSO in a Financial Planning firm is essential
• Xplan experience preferred
• The desire to grow their career in Financial Planning
