Your new company
A leading financial institute based in Sydney are looking to expand their Operational Risk team, with excellent career progression and competitive package on offer.
Your new role
The Operational Risk team is responsible for the continuous development, implementation and monitoring of the Group Operational Risk Management Framework ensuring policies and procedures remain effective and compliant.
As an Executive Advisor you will be responsible for providing critical support to the Executive General Manager (EGM).
Specifically, your duties will include;
- Preparation of relevant papers, presentations and materials for the EGM participation in a variety of stakeholder engagements, committees and meetings.
- Protectively identify and implement opportunities for process efficiencies, resource productivity and cost savings for the Group
- Supporting EGM and the Operational Risk leadership team through providing reliable strategic and technological advice.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in risk management in a financial institution; strong consulting skills in order to advise and provide direction on transformational activities will be advantageous, excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external) with demonstrable experience in collaboration and negotiation.
