Due to organisational growth and an increasing gap in the market, this newly created opportunity now exists to join a non-bank lender in a key business development role. Reporting to a National Sales Manager, your remit will be to source new business opportunities and build and develop customer relationships across new and existing clients. You will build a strong network of referral partners and also utlise internal leads generated elsewhere in business.
For best success in the role you will be a self-starter ideally with current or recent experience in the lending space. You will be seeking an opportunity to work in an autonomous environment where high expectations exist, but also where trust and openness are part of the fibre of the business. You will thrive on providing a first class customer experience whilst also achieving sales and performance targets. As a natural networker, you will demonstrate an ability to manage and develop both internal and external relationships. You will ideally be familiar with assessing credit risk, understand applicable legislation and demonstrate relevant product knowledge.
