We are currently seeking a Rural Officer to join our team on a full time permanent basis in WA. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for assisting Branch and Rural Managers to develop new business opportunities as well as provide a high level of quality service to existing clients. The role will involve providing direct support with: client interviews, financial analysis, client service, marketing events, and general loan administration. The role will also involve providing direct support to the wider branch team as may be required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in agriculture, business, finance, or related disciplines
- Is a recent graduate or has 1-3 years working experience
- Has knowledge of the rural sector and experience with farming operations
- Is mobile and prepared to relocate to branches across Australia throughout their career
- Is energetic, enthusiastic and results driven
- Has excellent customer focus and the ability to develop long-term client relationships
