We are currently seeking an experienced candidate for a role for our client based in Mount Waverley for a 12 month casual role to commence ASAP for the right candidate! Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour week, 9am - 5pm. The role is available for 12 months to cover a maternity leave period.

The Work Program & Reporting Analyst conducts analysis on contractor performance for the Network Services Agreement (NSA) and provides insights and details to the Works Program and Reporting Manager and wider Service Delivery team managers. This is to further enhance the delivery of the contract and ensures the effective coordination and management of the capex and opex works program between Operations and Asset Management.

The main responsibilities of the role are to:

Conduct financial analysis of contractor performance

Monitor contract performance on the Network.

Maintain data uploads from contractor systems

Maintain Service Delivery capex and opex works program

Management reporting (financial and non-financial) for senior management, other teams, auditors and external bodies

Continuously identify and implement process and management reporting improvements and provide adhoc Business reporting.

Ideally you will have Tableu, SAP - preferable (or other similar CRM) and MS Office skills - advanced Excel is mandatory.

The role is currently 80% finance based and 20% systems base i.e. you must be able to work with the IT team to identify why there may be issues with reporting. PC skills are a must for this role.

You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues as required whether it be a data issue or a system issue.

The role is ideally to start by the end of June however if you are available earlier it may be possible that you will commence earlier.
