About the business
My client is a boutique M&A advisory firm specialising in capital raising, M&A and business strategy.
About the role
Your role will require you to be the third person on most transactions performed by the boutique. From week 1 you will have client-facing exposure and will be working in a team that closes approximately 13 successful M&A transactions per year ranging from small-cap to $1bn+ transactions.

Skills and experience
All successful candidates will have:
- 2-3 years of M&A transaction experience
- Have previous experience on the entire cycle of the deal process
- Can financial model confidently (ie build a 3-way model from the ground up)
