About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate financial services professional to join a national support team for our Financial Planners. Success in the role will require strong attention to detail, time management skills, a customer service ethic and communication skills to work with both clients and advisers.
The role would suit someone looking to enter in to or build upon their financial planning career, with training and development to be tailored based on the right candidate. The role will be based in our Sydney office.
The main tasks will be;
- Scheduling & confirming appointments for clients/advisers
- Completing research on existing financial products
- Preparing appointment packs for advisers
- Maintaining our customer & document database
- Completing ad hoc client/adviser requests as required

Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- DFP – Diploma of Financial Planning (RG146 compliant)
- Experience within Financial Planning firm
- Bachelor Degree in a Business or Finance related discipline
