Company Overview
This well established wealth management company based in Melbourne CBD have an exciting opportunity for a financial service professional to join their team. This role will see you working as part of a high performing team responsible for monitoring and following up cash movements on clients accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Process cash movements on client accounts
- Follow up with clients to nominate accounts
- Handle client enquries
- Basic reporting and investigation
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Update and maintain client records
Key Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous electronic cash handling experience will be highly regarded
- Previous in branch or financial service sector
- Proactive approach and positive outlook
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
