The Cash Converters Personal Finance team aim to become Australia's most trusted personal finance company and deliver on our "customer first" focus.
We are a proud responsible lender and our product offering centers around small to medium amount loans. Our product range may be small, but we work on high volumes.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Assess new loan applications in a timely manner against lending guidelines.
- Assess customers financial history, income and expenditure and commitment levels
- Work towards and exceed team and individual KPIs
- Ensure all activities completed comply with relevant lending guidelines and legislation
We are seeking applicants who have:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous experience in an Loans/Credit Assessing role
- Exceptional customer service mindset and skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work in a high pressure environment and self-motivate
- Willingness to work within a strong KPI driven environment
- Sound knowledge of current consumer lending and privacy legislation is preferable
