As a leading Mortgage Lending Specialist group, our client prides themselves on their passion, integrity and professionalism ensuring all their customers provide the best arrangement to achieve their financial goals. Their extensive client base has been developed mainly from word of mouth and repeat business. What does this mean? We need another outstanding individual to join their amazing team immediately, as growth is imminent!
You'll be processing loan applications for our higher profile clients, and overseeing them through from the application process through to settlement. Reporting to the Director, you'll also be liaising directly with our internal and external Clients including banks, property agents, solicitors, accountants and appropriate third parties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Preparing compliance & application forms for complex loans
- Verification of income & other supporting documents
- Submission of loan applications to approval
- Administration
- Provide; trust, honesty & passion
- Track and monitor files
- Meet KPI's & Targets
- You'll be using email, phone and face-to-face communication methods.
- Further to those listed above, you will deal with mortgage brokers, real-estate agencies, conveyancers etc.
Experience required:
- Minimum 2 years Mortgage Broking/ Loan Writing/Processing and administration experience ideally from within a Mortgage Broking office
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Understanding of credit policy a big advantage
- Experience in the Mortgage Broking sector
- Experience in aggregator CRM software e.g. Mercury, Podium or Salesforce experience is necessary.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work accurately in a fast paced environment
- Solid computer skills & Microsoft Office experience.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Interest in the financial/lending space.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
