About the Role:
To cater for an influx in client enquiries, we are now looking to grow our vibrant team of Capital Investment Specialists!
If you are a mortgage broker/accountant/fund manager looking for a change in career, this opportunity would be a great entry point to the capital markets.
The focus of this role is to build long lasting relationships with our clients and help facilitate their investment into Lion Property Group's quality development projects. The relationship starts on the phone and is nurtured by the Capital Investment Specialist all the way through to continual re-investments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Main duties include:
- Building and fostering new relationships with development project investors and getting an understanding of what their requirements and needs are
- Engaging and signing agreements with clients
- Actively seeking new business
- Sourcing new clients who are ready to invest into development projects
- Obtaining referrals continuously
- Being the main point of contact for development project investors and responding to lead enquiries and information requests
- Close business transactions
- Meticulous record keeping
Skills & Requirements:
The successful candidate has:
- Proven Sales Track Record
- Closing skills
- Strong phone skills and fluent English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Completion of or willingness to complete the minimum RG146 - Managed Investments accreditation
- A focused dedication and commitment to the role, our company and our clients
- Impeccable presentation
- Capital Raising Experience and/or Finance Background (preferred but not a must)
- Knowledge of fund structure and the property development process (preferred but not a must)
Candidates who possess the ability to speak, read and/or write in a language other than English would be highly regarded.
