MBC Wealth focuses on providing strategic advice and a complete financial solution for our clients. We are looking for a junior Paraplanner to assist us through a recent period of growth and improvement. We are open to teaching the right candidate the technical skills required if they have exceptional professional and interpersonal skills.
The Role
- Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of all products, performance, procedures and business rules
- Preparing statement of advice and other financial modelling documents
- Provide assistance in the development of complex and comprehensive strategies
- Provide product and investment research
- Includes some administration and compliance work
The Essentials
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry
- Good understanding of compliance issues
- Unit trust, superannuation and pension knowledge
- Advanced administration and organisation skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (or studying towards)
- Degree in Commerce (or studying towards).

- Knowledge of XPLAN or other financial planning software experience
