The Opportunity
Our RAMS Franchise in Sydney CBD (Barrangaroo) is currently looking to recruit an experienced professional in Credit and Home Loan Processing. The position is suited for a highly driven individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and working as part of an effective team.
Indicative salary range $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Quality Assurance of Loan Applications – ensure loan applications are completed and processed in a professional manner that complies with RAMS credit policy, RAMS Responsible Lending policy and processes
- Management of Credit escalations with RAMS Credit Team and Home Loan Managers to deliver excellent customer service
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients
- Providing exceptional levels of customer service
Skills and Experience
- Experience within the banking/financial services sector
- A proven track record in residential mortgage lending
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus and work ethic
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with customers and clients
- Enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity
