They are now expanding their team and are on the lookout for an experienced Mortgage and Loan Processor.

About the role

• Managing and maintaining a high volume client database.
• Managing home loan applications from commencement through to completion.
• Checking and analyzing loan documents before and after the signing process.
• Lodging appropriate documentation to lenders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Liaising and communicating with all third parties and building relationships with clients, real-estate agents, solicitors, BDM's.

We are also offering an excellent salary of $60,000 - $65,000 + Super.
  
Skills and experience

• Minimum of 2 years mortgage brokering or lending experience
• Demonstrated understanding of loan structuring and the property investment process.
• Ability to problem solve and proactively overcome obstacles
• Can work autonomously
• Impeccable professional manner
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Brokering (not essential)
